Corrections Policy
CasinoGauge’s editorial standard is to correct material factual errors clearly. Automated content and automated checks are both capable of mistakes. Neither is a reason to dismiss a supported correction.
A useful correction request
Email [email protected]. For privacy questions or requests concerning your personal information, use [email protected].
Identify the page and the specific statement, explain the problem and provide a primary source where possible. Do not send private gambling-account information, passwords, identity documents or payment data. Evidence should address the statement, not require unnecessary personal disclosure.
How a correction should be evaluated
The affected statement should be compared with the current source and its original context. Conflicting or unavailable evidence calls for a narrower claim or removal, not a guessed answer. A requester or business does not determine the outcome simply by preferring different wording.
Make material changes visible
A material factual correction should explain what changed on the affected page. Routine spelling or layout improvements do not need to be described as a new investigation. A correction must not be used to backfill a test, source check or human approval that never happened.
Damian Chetcuti is the publisher. Automated checking and revision remain system actions unless a particular human contribution is recorded. CasinoGauge does not promise an independently staffed review panel, a response deadline or an operator-complaint service.
